Gooshi processes publisher account data, pseudonymous MCP end-user identifiers, tool-use metadata, and payment state to operate connected MCP gateways.

• Routine publisher analytics exclude upstream tool arguments and full tool results.
• When a call is payment-gated, Gooshi stores its exact arguments as a pending action so the original request can be continued after payment.
• Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not Gooshi.
• Each MCP connection is isolated by its Gooshi tenant and publisher account.
• Publishers remain responsible for the data practices of their own MCP servers.
