Prepare a useful, privacy-safe request for Gooshi support.
Use the support channel provided for your MCP Owner Workspace. For an active Gooshi-managed engagement, use the contact agreed for that engagement.
Include
- MCP Owner Workspace name.
- MCP server and tool names.
- Approximate time and timezone.
- What you expected and what occurred.
- The affected client name and version.
- Non-sensitive error text.
- Relevant Gooshi or Stripe transaction references.
- Whether the issue is repeatable.
Do not include
- Passwords or authentication codes.
- Private keys, access tokens, or complete authorization values.
- Full card, bank, or payout credentials.
- Identity documents.
- Sensitive tool inputs or outputs.
Before contacting support
- Check the relevant Troubleshooting page.
- Repeat the smallest safe test in a clean client session.
- Record the time and result.
- Pause an unexpected paid trigger if you can do so safely.
For a suspected security issue, stop sharing the affected endpoint or credential, rotate exposed credentials with their provider, and clearly mark the request as security-related.
