Payment problems
Check Stripe readiness, trigger publication, and transaction differences.
Stripe onboarding is incomplete
Open the connected Stripe account and complete any outstanding identity, business, bank, or capability requirements. These steps must be completed by the MCP Owner or an authorized representative.
A payment request does not appear
Check:
- The trigger is attached to the expected tool.
- The condition should match the test case.
- The trigger is Published in current environment.
- The intended payment account is connected and ready.
- The client is using the wrapped endpoint.
A payment request appears unexpectedly
Pause publication, then review all triggers that can affect the tool. Check threshold boundaries, quota state, and overlapping conditions.
Transaction amounts differ
Compare gross amount, Gooshi's 5% platform fee, Stripe fees, refunds, disputes, currency conversion, and rounding. Stripe updates may not appear everywhere at the same time.
If the difference remains after processing completes, contact Support with transaction references and amounts. Do not send full card or bank details.
