Getting Started
Gooshi-managed service
Understand how operational help fits into the same MCP Owner Workspace.
Self-serve and Gooshi-managed service use the same MCP Owner Workspace. The service changes who performs agreed operational tasks; it does not change who owns the MCP server, workspace data, or payment account.
The MCP Owner keeps control
The MCP Owner:
- Owns the workspace and MCP configuration.
- Controls its connected Stripe account and payout details.
- Chooses which MCP servers and tools may be monetized.
- Completes owner-only legal, identity, and Stripe requirements.
- Can ask for operating assistance to end according to the service agreement.
What Gooshi may help with
When included in an active service engagement, authorized Gooshi staff may help connect MCP servers, refresh tool catalogs, review analytics, configure drafts, test behavior, and troubleshoot incidents within the agreed scope.
Gooshi staff cannot accept legal terms or complete Stripe identity requirements on behalf of the MCP Owner.
For help with an active engagement, use the support checklist and include the workspace and MCP server names.
