Fees, refunds, and disputes
Read gross payments, Gooshi fees, Stripe costs, and later adjustments clearly.
Gooshi's platform fee is 5% of each monetized payment.
For a $100.00 payment:

Stripe processing fees, refunds, disputes, taxes, and currency conversion are separate and may reduce final proceeds or change payout timing. Minor-unit rounding can also affect an individual transaction.
Review adjustments
When a payment is refunded or disputed:
- Review the transaction in Gooshi and the connected Stripe account.
- Confirm the amount and current status.
- Allow time for Stripe updates to appear.
- Reconcile the adjustment before treating proceeds as final.
The dashboard is an operational view, not accounting or tax advice. Use the current Gooshi terms and fee schedule together with Stripe's records for the authoritative commercial treatment.
